The design of an enterprise-wide coaching program incorporates many of the following elements:

• Identification of the organization drivers, previous coaching efforts and future success factors of a large-scale program
• Design of a customized 360 inventory (if not already in place)
• Formation of a worldwide coaching pool, specifically selected to match the core requirements and unique culture of the organization
• Design of orientation, training materials, and other components intended to better incorporate the coaching pool into the organization's program
• A leadership coaching process for each leader
• Measurable results to document improved leadership effectiveness
• Ongoing development efforts, teleconferences, etc. for the coaching pool
