Do I pay to be in your database?
There is no fee to participate in CoachFinder. We include you in our database free of charge. You compensate CoachFinder only after we connect you with engagements, and you are entitled to decline any potential engagement if the terms do not suit your needs

Yes! Please direct them to this website and ask them to complete the application.   We appreciate your endorsement and will note it.

I'm trying to find another coach to work an engagement with me. Can you help me?
Of course. We are regularly locating coaches to join other coaches or consulting firms on existing assignments.

I meet most, but not all, of your criteria. Can I still apply?
Yes you can. The more coaches in the database, the greater chance a coach will be the exact match with client needs. While you may not meet all our criteria, you may meet exactly the criteria of a particular client, and we'd like to know about you.

When can I call you to discuss this operation?
We conduct most of our operations via email, reserving phone time for client intakes and specific coach qualification calls. We typically do not hold interview phone calls until a specific need arises. Until we have a potential assignment, we request limiting our communication to email. Can we meet some time?
Dr. Brian Underhill is in the San Francisco Bay Area. Please inform us if you are traveling through this region. Brian also meets as many coaches as he can during his busy travel schedule. He will reach out to you if he is traveling in your region.
