Qualified coaches are invited to join the CoachFinder database. Following are the qualifications we generally seek:
  1. Specialist in leadership effectiveness coaching - helping leaders achieve positive, long-term change in leadership behavior over time.
  2. Extensive experience coaching senior leaders (C-level, MD, VP, Director).
  3. Experience holding senior leadership positions in organizations. Line management preferred. Fortune/FTSE 500 preferred.
  4. Client list of Fortune/FTSE 500 organizations.
  5. Advanced degree: MBA, MA, MS or Ph.D.
  6. Working independently or affiliated with a firm for at least 2+ years.
  7. Willing to provide references of senior-leader coaching clients.
  CoachFinder focuses on leadership/behavior coaching (and sometimes an emphasis on intercultural effectiveness, business transition, or career planning) but generally does not refer "life" coaches.

CoachFinder continues to be interested in qualified practitioners in Brazil, India, Japan, Taiwan and China (especially Shanghai and Xiamen).
